Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
To access the full features of the 30010 platform, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
During registration, you may be required to verify your identity through email or phone number verification. The information provided at registration is subject to Privacy Policy us.
Password Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details secure. 30010 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any channel outside the platform. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must report it to our support team immediately.
30010 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's intentional or unintentional disclosure of login credentials to a third party.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the 30010 platform, you agree to abide by all of the following rules when using our services:
- Not using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Not attempting to hack, breach, or otherwise compromise the security of the platform.
- Not using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.

- Complying with all local laws applicable to online betting and entertainment activities in Malaysia.

Payment & Transaction Information
Currency & Deposit Methods
All transactions on the 30010 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX (internet banking), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local banks. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as set out in your account settings.
Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within a few minutes. In certain circumstances, however, processing may take longer depending on the payment provider.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name. 30010 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Any withdrawal attempt that does not meet the stipulated requirements may be delayed or rejected.
Transactions that have been verified and completed are final and cannot be reversed, except in the case of technical errors confirmed by the platform.

30010 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from use of the platform, including betting losses, service interruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access by third parties. Intellectual Property
All content on the 30010 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 30010 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any such content without prior written consent from us.

Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the 30010 platform shall be resolved through the appropriate Malaysian courts.
